Welcome to another exciting year of DASSdance’s Seattle City Nutcracker! If this is your first year performing - you are in for a treat! Not only do we have the hard working and amazingly talented students of DASSdance, we are also joined by the DASSdance professional company. Our show includes a flying LED lit Mechanical Doll, a black light AI Robot Battle scene, a jazzy snow scene complete with falling snow and figure skaters (on Heelys), and a land of the sweets that travels across the globe from Qatar to Ukraine, India to China.
Performances will be held at Broadway Performance Hall at 1625 Broadway, Seattle, WA 98122
September 28th Audition and Rehearsals Begin - Levels 4, 5, 6
October 3rd In-Class Rehearsals Begin - All Classes

*Some classes may not perform in the Mini Nutcracker Santa Breakfast, only in the Full-Length Seattle City Nutcracker. We will send an email with Mini Nutcracker Performance information soon.
Auditions & Rehearsals
Levels 4, 5, 6 Auditions for will be held on September 28th and rehearsals will begin that same day. Pick up at 6:30pm Wednesday & 7:30pm Friday (Level 5/6 only).
Creative 2, Boys, Hip Hop, Tap, Acro and Level 1, 2, 3 classes will be assigned roles without an audition.
Rehearsals begin during their regular class time the week of October 3rd.
Participation fee: $100 per dancer - multi-student family discount $75 per dancer
$50 per dancer or $25 for Creative 2, Beginning Hip Hop, Beginning Tap and Beginning Acro
*Participation & Costume Fees are non-refundable*
Participation & Costume Fees are due on October 15th.
All fees will be deducted unless we receive non-participation notice by October 1st.
All families will be expected to fill at least one volunteer position during Production Week.
Families who are unable to volunteer can opt to pay a $100 Volunteer Fee.
Tickets will be available for purchase approximately one month prior to the performances.
